Terms
Terms of Use
Effective date: 21 July 2026 · LawRush Pte. Ltd.
These Terms of Use (Terms) govern access to and use of the website lawrush.life (Site) operated by LawRush Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202647182M). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. No legal advice via the Site
Content on the Site is general information about LawRush and Singapore legal topics. It is not legal advice for your specific situation and may not reflect recent legislative changes. No solicitor–client relationship is created by browsing the Site, submitting a contact form or receiving an automated acknowledgement. A relationship arises only when we confirm engagement in writing after conflict checks and scoping.
2. Not guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee case results, damages, regulatory outcomes, turnaround times or same-day wins. References to urgency, rush briefings, triage or response windows describe how we prioritise intake — not promises of performance. Past matter descriptions are illustrative, anonymised and not guarantees of future results. Legal outcomes depend on facts, evidence, forums, judges, regulators and counterparties outside our control.
3. What LawRush is not
LawRush is a Singapore legal-services practice. The Site is not an AI-income or get-rich product, sports brand, lifestyle coaching service, marketing agency, Legal Aid bureau or government portal. Rush describes time-sensitive counsel when deadlines are live — not income schemes, athletic products or motivational programmes. We are not affiliated with similarly named consumer brands or online rush products.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorised access, probing vulnerabilities, transmitting malware, scraping content for competitive reuse, submitting false enquiries, impersonating others, harvesting personal data from forms or using the contact form for spam, solicitation or unlawful purposes. Automated access must respect robots.txt. We may block IP addresses or report violations to authorities where appropriate.
5. User submissions
Information you submit via forms or email must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. You must have authority to share any third-party personal data or documents you provide. We may retain submissions per our Privacy Policy. Submission does not create confidentiality until we confirm a solicitor–client relationship and you receive engagement terms.
6. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, layout, typography, photography and copy are owned by LawRush or licensors. The LawRush wordmark and rush desk visual system are protected. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. Reproduction, republication, framing, mirroring or commercial use requires prior written consent. Limited quotation with attribution and a link may be permitted for fair reporting — contact us if unsure.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to external resources such as regulators, courts or professional bodies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience, not endorsement.
8. Privacy and cookies
Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By submitting forms, you confirm accurate information and provide required consents. Cookie choices are managed via our banner.
9. Site availability
We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting issues or force majeure events may cause downtime. We may modify, suspend or discontinue Site features without notice where permitted.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability. Information may change without notice. You use the Site at your own risk.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, LawRush is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from Site use, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for direct damages related to Site use is limited to SGD 100 except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify LawRush against claims arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights through your submissions, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
13. Engagement terms prevail
If you engage our legal services, the engagement letter, costs agreement and applicable professional conduct rules prevail over these Terms for the matter concerned. Fees, scope and confidentiality for legal work are governed by those documents.
14. Age and capacity
The Site is intended for users aged eighteen and above with capacity to contract. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement or have guardian consent where applicable.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections if applicable. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date will change accordingly. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
17. Contact
LawRush Pte. Ltd., 15 Circular Road, #03-04, Singapore 049667 · [email protected] · +65 6931 4826 · UEN 202647182M
18. Entire agreement for Site use
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the Site. They supersede prior oral or written understandings about Site use only — not separate legal engagement letters.
19. Professional regulation
LawRush legal services are provided subject to applicable rules of professional conduct in Singapore. Complaints about legal services may be directed to us first at [email protected] and, if unresolved, to relevant professional bodies as applicable.
20. Language
These Terms are written in English (Singapore). Translated versions, if any, are for convenience; the English version prevails in case of conflict.
21. Feedback
Feedback about the Site may be submitted via our contact form. By submitting feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for improvement purposes without obligation. Do not include confidential matter details in unsolicited feedback.
22. No waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later. Waivers must be in writing to be effective.
23. Assignment
We may assign our rights under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or restructuring. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
25. Force majeure
We are not liable for Site unavailability or delayed responses caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, power failures, internet outages, government actions or pandemic restrictions — without limiting our professional obligations to existing clients under separate engagement letters.
26. Survival
Provisions that by nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — survive cessation of Site use. These Terms were last reviewed on 21 July 2026 and apply to all visitors of lawrush.life.
