Why Circular Road

How we practise
LawRush focuses on commercial counsel under Singapore law: contracts, corporate formation, PDPA governance, lease renewals and dispute pathway mapping. We do not practise criminal law, family law or Legal Aid work. We do not sell guaranteed wins, same-day judgments or get-rich education dressed as legal urgency.
Engagements begin with a conflict check. Fees are quoted in SGD and confirmed in writing before substantive work. PDPA-aware handling applies to all client instructions and document transfers.

What rush means — and what it does not
Rush means we prioritise triage for time-sensitive commercial files and discuss response windows upfront. It does not mean we bypass conflict checks, scope limits or professional conduct rules. It does not mean we are ProfitAiRush, EarnAiRush, a sports brand, a lifestyle coach or a government legal aid scheme.
If your matter is urgent, say so in your briefing — include the deadline, the forum if known and documents on hand. We will tell you honestly whether we can help, what it will cost and what outcomes remain uncertain.
Our clients
LawRush serves founders incorporating or fundraising in Singapore, SME directors along Boat Quay and the CBD fringe, and in-house legal teams needing overflow counsel for contract spikes. We are not a volume litigation firm, not a Legal Aid clinic and not a referral marketplace. Relationships are direct with LawRush counsel, scoped in writing.
