Cookie Policy
Effective date: 21 July 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how LawRush Pte. Ltd. (lawrush.life) uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage and pixel tags. They help sites function, remember preferences and, with consent, understand usage patterns in aggregate.
How we use cookies
Strictly necessary. Required for core site operation, security, load balancing and cookie consent storage. These cannot be disabled via our banner without breaking site functionality. They do not require consent under PDPA where strictly necessary for service delivery.
Analytics (optional). With your consent, we may use analytics cookies to understand page visits, referral sources, device categories and aggregate traffic patterns. We configure analytics to minimise personal data collection and do not use analytics to profile you for advertising or sell data to third parties.
Preferences (optional). With your consent, preference cookies remember choices such as cookie settings, dismissed banners and interface preferences so you do not need to reconfigure on each visit.
Your choices
On first visit, our cookie banner offers Accept all, Reject all or Customise. Your choice is stored in localStorage under the key lawrush_cookie_consent for six months. You may change preferences by clearing site data for lawrush.life, using the Customise flow again if the banner reappears, or contacting [email protected] for guidance.
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies via settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working. Blocking analytics cookies after rejection has no functional impact on browsing.
Cookie and storage list
- lawrush_cookie_consent (localStorage) — stores JSON consent record with necessary, analytics, preferences flags and timestamp · strictly necessary · six months
- Session cookies — hosting provider session affinity and security tokens · strictly necessary · session duration
- Analytics identifiers — if enabled after consent, pseudonymous visit identifiers · optional · per analytics provider retention, typically up to fourteen months
First-party vs third-party
All functional cookies we control are first-party. We do not embed social media trackers or advertising networks on lawrush.life. If we enable a third-party analytics provider in future, we will update this list and request consent before activation.
Third-party resources
We minimise third-party cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; your browser may request resources from Google servers which may log IP addresses per Google policies. Review Google privacy documentation for those requests. Email links and tel links do not set cookies but may open external apps.
Do Not Track
We do not respond to Do Not Track browser signals because industry standards are inconsistent. You may use our Reject all or Customise options to limit optional cookies regardless of DNT settings.
PDPA and personal data
Where cookie or analytics data constitutes personal data under the PDPA — for example IP addresses combined with unique identifiers — we process it per our Privacy Policy and your consent choices. We do not use optional cookies until you accept them via the banner or save customised preferences.
Children
Our site is directed at business users seeking legal services, not children. We do not knowingly use cookies to profile minors.
Updates
We may update this policy when our cookie practices change. Check the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page and may trigger a renewed consent prompt where required.
